The Requirements of Wine Engineering

Since its creation, the Valentin Thièrion’s engineering team has truly taken on board the need to develop an efficient and useful service platform:

extension of warranties, on-demand maintenance and troubleshooting contracts, your requirements are addressed in a customized fashion. In addition, the plant developed a unique spare parts service that covers old machines and client-specific services, to meet the expectations of our increasingly demanding clients.

Valentin Thièrion’s After-sales Department has a staff of 8 experts, available 24 hours a day and ready to go anywhere in the world.

A spare parts storehouse

After-sales Department maintains a storehouse of standard or customized spare parts with more than 70,000 parts immediately available and ready to be quickly delivered anywhere in the world.

Valentin Thièrion’s After-sales Department is a dedicated area in the Epernay production site with permanent incoming/out going shipments, covering machine pools in France and abroad. Managed by a qualified and efficient team. Our priority is to satisfy our wine grower clients, producers or service providers by delivering them the best and fastest service.
