The wine engineering sector of Valentin Thièrion Company’s history started at the heart of the Champagne-Ardenne Region in France

The company was founded in 1850 in the city of Épernay in the Champagne region.
Quickly Valentin Thièrion focused on the production of disgorging, labeling and manual bottling machines. First for sparkling wines and then for non-sparkling wines: red, white and rosé. Since then, Valentin Thièrion has been supplier to the main local Champagne brands. Gradually, it started exporting all over the world via an agent network covering all the continents. Valentin-Thièrion – the development of a wide ranging know how

In the 1980s, a new era dedicated to boosting machine capacity, speed and safety, started for Valentin. From 1994 to 2005, Valentin consolidated five industrial engineering companies, whose combined technical expertise contributed to increase the productivity of the production chain. Among them was Thièrion, a company focused on industrial robotics.
Thièrion was not just consolidate for its expertise, but its name was added to the brand that became Valentin-Thièrion, to enhance a new identity. In addition to its wine engineering expertise, the Group now provides a full range of services based on leading edge robotics to the agro-food, pharma, cosmetics and liquid products industries.

Thanks to innovation and investment, the company became a key player in the design of leading-edge equipment for the wine industry. Focusing on the beverage and liquid markets, Valentin-Thièrion, is now the leader of the traditional champagne bottling industry. The company offers customized services and can meet the toughest requirements.
Valentin-Thièrion, today, has a staff of 48 and a multi million Euro turnover, half of which coming from international exports. Valentin promotes traditional French expertise in more than 30 winemaking countries. Every year it takes part in 10 exhibitions abroad. Recently, the company embarked on an eco-responsible program to reduce it environment footprint.

A full range of machines for your production line

We offer two different production lines – automated or semi-automated – for the filling and disgorging phases. The filling process requires four machines: depalletizer, biduling/capsuling, puller and an emboxing machines. Disgorging requires five machines: neck freezer disgorging and dosingcorking wiringmixing, and washing drying machines.
